Step 1: Discovery Consultation

Beautiful, brilliant design begins with understanding our clients’ needs. We want to find out what your needs are so we can provide you with the best solution for your specific requirements.

Some of the questions we will touch on are:

• What is your primary goal for your website or online marketing campaign?
• Who is your target market?
• What message are you trying to convey?
• What features would you like on your site?
• What are three of existing websites that you love? Why?
• How much existing content do you have (on/offline)?

We take the time to assess your objectives, and create strategies to efficiently achieve them. Once we have worked with you to determine your requirements we will provide you with a free, no obligation and itemized project quote that will detail our recommendations and outline the costs for each service. Once you accept our proposal the following outlines the process for a general site and/or interface design and development.

Step 2: Design

Based on the input we received from our initial meeting. We’ll use design elements, which are in-line with your brand’s identity and bolsters your image in the eye of the public.

The design phase is a collaborative effort which necessitates your input along the way, to agree on the final product. These designs will undergo 2-3 rounds of revisions. Once the design is signed off and you are completely satisfied we will move onto the implementation phase.

Step 3: Development

Once we have your final approval on the design, development commences. We pride ourselves on providing top quality websites that are accessible and based in best practice methods.

Your website is then deployed onto a staging environment, where we rigorously test its functionality, and UX design before giving you access to test it yourself.

Step 4: Staging Environment

We provide you with access to the staging site for you to view the progress and see how the initial content you have provided looks on your website.

During this step we can still make minor changes to functionality.

In addition, we populate the pages of your website with any additional content your team may have created since our initial meeting.

Step 5: Final Testing

All of our sites are tested on Windows, IOS and Android operating systems as well as browser tested on Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

Once we have done testing on the forms, e-commerce systems etc. we go through a site checklist to make sure everything is ready for launch. Once this staging site is ready we will move to “launching/deploying” the website to the live server.

Step 6: Website Deployment

After thorough testing from both our team and your own, and you are happy with your final product, we deploy it from its staging area to a production environment, making it available to the general public.

We add analytics to the site so you can track who is coming from where and what terms they are using to get there. We strive to ensure there are no bumps in the road; however, if there are we offer phone and email support for any potential issues.

Step 7: Post-Deployment Support

Your site is now up and live. You will be provided your login information and we will schedule a training session on how to make content changes and adjustments to your new site.

We also have a 30 day warranty period after launch should there be any adjustments needed. Questions are always welcome – we are here to help.
